|Recommended: YesWooten Approved — I’ve lived here for a year and have had a good experience overall. The community is relatively quiet, and I appreciate the convenient location. Maintenance requests have been handled in a reasonable timeframe, and the staff has been friendly when I’ve interacted with them. It’s been a solid place to live, and I would recommend checking it out.

|Recommended: YesKeeping an open mind — I had an amazing experience with my previous landlord and was sad to leave them. Moving to Plainview, I have been trying to be positive and keep an open mind as I’m now renting through a different company and have only been here for almost a month. Everyone has been very kind, neighbors and staff, but I have had a few issues since moving in. Nothing has been too terrible, but it definitely gave me anxiety about my decision to move here in the beginning. I preleased my apartment two months in advance and was under the impression it would be a certain price. About 1-2 weeks before moving in I was informed the carpet was replaced so my rent was going up another 20 a month which was a little discouraging considering I had no time to consider whether I wanted to look at other options. I also submitted my ESA letter twice and was still charged pet rent and have not been refunded. The property manager has been very kind and receptive each time I voice a concern and I really appreciate that, but I am still waiting for that credit. When getting the keys to my apartment and doing the walk through, my walk through was pushed back due to cleaners still being in the apartment. Once they left and I was touring, I saw various spots where the apartment had not been properly cleaned such as showers, crumbs hairs in drawers, and there was still food in the dishwasher. Additionally the apartment had not been finished being painted, and a fire alarm was not properly connected and was hanging by the wires. The property manager was very apologetic and my issues were resolved the very next day which I appreciated but I did cry when first seeing the apartment due to frustration and anxiety. I had loaded my car up expecting to move in but did not feel comfortable so I took my items back home and moved in the next day once my issues were resolved. Since being in the apartment, I don’t hear any excessive noise outside of regular community living and everyone has been very friendly and welcoming I do currently have problems with both bathrooms though. My first bathroom, the tank will empty itself and when wanting to flush, I have to wait for the tank to refill before I’m able to flush. In the master bathroom, the sink has a continuous drip that I was unaware of as I had not used this bathroom yet. I set a tub of medications and face products in the sink then returned a few days later to see water pooling in the tub and it damaged some of my items and I had to throw them away which was pretty disappointing. I’m staying positive and hoping for the best as these are all little things and I have not been here very long yet but I did want to address them. I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback

|Recommended: YesI have lived at Plainview Park now for 7 years. Although some maintenance issues in the past year were delayed due to lack of manpower, the manager did all he could to make sure they did get completed. I have not had any major issues with noise even though Plainview Rd is quite busy. You will hear some traffic noise but I suppose that depends on how close your apartment is to the road itself. Close to grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants. I have thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the grounds themselves are kept clean I plan on living here as long as I’m able to. I would recommend Plainview Park as a nice place to live

|Recommended: YesQuiet and Peacefull — We have lived here for almost 12 months and find Plainview Park to be a really enjoyable place to live. It is quiet with no apparent disruptions due to rowdiness. Ground are well maintained and ample parking is available. It's convenient to downtown Springfield and Nixa. Christian, the Property Manager is very helpful, maintenance is a little slow but overall, it is hard to imagine any rental property better in Springfield. Would definitely recommend.

Although my rent has increased each year, it is still below the standard rent for my size apartment in the Springfield area. 2 BR I have had little trouble getting any maintenance requests completed, and the staff is professional and courteous. I especially enjoy the pool area Traffic noise is moderate, depending on where your apartment is located. I am enjoying living here
|Recommended: YesAs of this month, I have lived at Plainview Park for a year. Christian as well as the rest of the maintenance staff have been extremely helpful and welcoming. The property itself is well-maintained, has lots of great amenities and ample parking.

|Recommended: YesNice, calm place to live. — It's very calm and peaceful living here. Very rarely, I will hear my neighbors, but that's to be expected while living in an apartment. The manager is awesome Probably the nicest, coolest, and most understanding apartment manager we've met so far The apartments are super nice for what you pay included utilities included internet. It's a great deal financially to live here. The apartments are spacious and nicer looking than many of apartments I've previously lived in. I love having washer dryer hook ups, too The only issues I've had are the older toilet we have in our bathroom having issues from time to time and the shower drain clogging easily, but these things are easily remedied. We're on our third year lease, and are perfectly happy to stay here for the foreseeable future.

|Recommended: YesLiving — This was my first apartment and it was absolutely great Everything I wanted it to be and Christian was extremely helpful and was the main reason I moved in He is a hard worker and makes sure every resident is taken care of and does whatever he can to make sure no one has any problems. Great with customer service. I was very happy living in these apartments.

|Recommended: YesCozy, comfortable and clean — I've loved living here so far. The management is so nice and accommodating When I first moved in a lot of my neighbors made a point to come and say hello to me, and that really made me feel welcomed. Overall it's pretty quiet, and a great place to live
